Pay Rate:£12.08 per hour
Hours:8.30am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates
- Set up initial interviews with candidates
- Collect and organise all relevant documentation for the onboarding team
- Recruit for the drivers working for the business
- To be aware of clients requirements when allocating drivers
- To be aware of individual drivers skills and abilities
- Liaise with recruitment to ensure driver coverage is at optimum levels and to discuss recruitment requirements
- Liaise with administration department to resolve driver paperwork queries
- Provide meetings with drivers on a regular basis
- Such other duties as may reasonably be requested
To succeed as a Internal Recruiter, candidates should meet the following requirements.
- Previous experience in recruitment is essential
- Familiarity with job boards is required
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
- Comfortable with telephone work and making volume outbound calls
- Ability to work towards and meet KPIs
- Organised
- Able to follow instructions
- Able to manage people well
