Senior HR Advisor

Temporary Role. Hourly Rate: c.£19.50 Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)I am recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor on behalf of an organisation based in Birmingham. This is a key HR advisory role, available immediately for 2-3 months.

The Role: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, case management, and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Senior HR Advisor

  • Manage a variety of employee relations cases with confidence and efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure best practice and compliance in all areas of case management.
  • Support the team with HR projects as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and organised with the ability to work independently.
