SAP CAR POSDTA Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP CAR POSDTA Consultant to join our client in the Midlands. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP CAR POSDTA solutions, managing key stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with a global team across multiple time zones. Your expertise in SAP BW, SAP SD, and SAP Retail will be essential in driving successful project execution and continuous optimisation of retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead and support SAP CAR POSDTA implementations, ensuring smooth integration and optimisation within the retail environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and coordinate a global, cross-functional team, ensuring effective collaboration across different time zones.
• Clear Communication: Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way to non-technical audiences, ensuring buy-in and understanding.
• SAP Integration: Leverage SAP BW and SAP SD expertise to integrate seamlessly with SAP CAR POSDTA, optimising data flow and business processes.
• Retail-Specific Solutions: Use SAP Retail knowledge to enhance POSDTA functionality, improving point-of-sale data management and overall retail performance.
• Ongoing Support: Provide continuous system support and optimisation, resolving issues and ensuring system efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• SAP CAR POSDTA Expertise: Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP CAR POSDTA solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders, align technical delivery with business goals, and manage expectations effectively.
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• Global Team Management: Experience managing or coordinating teams across different time zones, fostering collaboration in a multicultural environment.
• SAP BW & SAP SD Knowledge: Strong background in SAP BW and SAP SD, particularly in integrating these modules with POSDTA.
• SAP Retail Expertise: Solid understanding of SAP Retail systems and POSDTA functionality within a retail setting.
• Problem-Solving & Influence: Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive project success.
