We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Business Analyst with our client who are currently in the midst of a large scale, multi-million-pound digital transformation to improve internal systems and their offerings to clients. You will join as part of the Transformation team to who will be creating Data & AI Initiatives.
The AI Business Analyst role comes with Remote working, with the occasional travel to Birmingham, once a quarter although flexibility will be required as per business requirements.
Key responsibilities of the AI Business Analyst:
- Identify and analyse business needs
- Develop and implement effective business solutions
- Foster clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure projects align with business goals and deliver value
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Evaluating and optimizing business processes
- Communicating requirements and solutions to stakeholders and technical teams
- Designing solutions that meet business objectives
- Supporting project planning and execution
- Creating detailed documentation for processes and systems
- Ensuring solutions meet quality and business standards
An ideal candidate for the AI Business Analyst role will possess:
- At least 1 years' experience as working in AI projects or programmes in a Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Experience of working in an Azure environment and have experience with Azure Data Lakes, AI Tooling and Data Analytics.
