Business Analyst - Salesforce - Birmingham

3 days per week onsite

Salary up to £60,000

Business Analyst required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to come on board to be focused on providing business analysis and design, mainly for Salesforce solutions, as well as other IT and business change initiatives. The key responsibilities include the design, development, and ongoing support of customer applications and objects within Salesforce, tailored for one of the clients' businesses and its clients. You will be managing stakeholders during the discovery phase to elicit and capture requirements for new projects and modifications to existing Salesforce solutions.

You will also be assisting the project or change sponsor in drafting clear requirements that can be effectively translated into technical specifications for internal teams and third-party developers/configurators.

Key skills and responsibilities,

  • Strong Business Analyst experience
  • Salesforce experience is essential
  • Create process maps for anticipated future workflows, recommending optimal implementation strategies using Salesforce and related technologies.
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is essential
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience collaborating with IT development teams
  • Knowledge of integrating third-party applications with Salesforce via API
  • Offer guidance on Salesforce development best practices.
  • Facilitate requirements and solution workshops.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of test plans as part of change release management.
  • Clearly communicate requirements and process flows for various projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive business analysis documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, third parties, clients, and other relevant parties to ensure successful solution delivery for the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases to identify features that can be leveraged to meet project requirements.
