Business Analyst | Finance Systems | Up to £60k | Hybrid (Birmingham - Once a Week)

Right then, let's get straight to it - I'm looking for a Business Analyst who knows their way around finance systems, billing platforms, or collections/debt recovery systems. If you've spent time working with these kinds of systems and know how to get the best out of them, we want to hear from you.

This role is all about being the bridge between business and tech, making sure everyone's on the same page and that systems are working the way they should. You'll be mapping out processes, gathering requirements, and working with stakeholders to improve the way things are done.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Working closely with teams across the business to understand their needs and improve processes.
  • Documenting workflows - making sure everyone knows how things work and how they should work.
  • Supporting system improvements and upgrades - no surprises, no headaches.
  • Bringing people together - finance teams, IT, third-party vendors - and making sure solutions fit the bill.
  • Helping with testing, troubleshooting, and rollouts - so things go live smoothly.
What We're Looking For
  • A good couple of years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in finance, billing, or debt collection systems.
  • Strong experience with Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Mapping.
  • A solid understanding of Agile or Prince2 methodologies.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and Visio (or similar tools).
  • Someone who can ask the right questions, spot problems, and come up with solutions.
  • A great communicator - you'll be working with people from all over the business.

In return, you'll be joining a leading professional services firm who are building an exceptional team. They've got some great people in there at the moment and this is your time to join them and show what you can do.

This role is paying up to £60k, depending on your experience, plus a bonus and a great benefits package. If you're interested in this position, please send your CV in for immediate consideration.
