I am working with an exciting growing company in Birmingham progressing through a large-scale system transformation programme! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at a time when the organisation is investing heavily in its systems and software. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Tech Business Analyst who is looking for a role with variety & challenge.Salary - £50,000 to £60,000 p/a Location - Birmingham / Remote (Ensure you are local to the West Midlands when applying as you will need to be on site in Birmingham 2-3 days per week.)Travel - Expected travel potentially to the USA and Africa 1-2 times per year Previous experience working in a fast-paced Business Analysis role is required with experience managing internal systems implementations and/or software upgrades. Proven stakeholder management skills, ability to manage internal & external resources and knowledge in the finance / banking industry What will you be doing?Work with external vendors and third parties in establishing project scope/user requirements in line with system ability- Analysing business operations based on IT data and conduct gap analysis- Coordinating communication between IT and other departments- Configure and maintain the company system for back-office functionalities, ensure optimal performance and participate in production support- Develop custom scrips and carry out system integrations.- Conduct BRD writing and work with external vendor to implement the BRD as per company requirements.- Develop test scenarios and perform various test to ensure they meet business requirements.- Engage with back-office teams, provide training and manage communications with stakeholders- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovationsResponsible for supporting modern agile software development methods by leading planning and user requirements gathering sessions with the team of developers - Research industry trends and IT solutions- Gather and document requirements, develop business/transaction process flow and translate them into FSD.- Supervise the development of a new platform in line with FSD - Develop test scenarios and perform various tests- Ensure that the new platform meets all quality standards - Use of latest UI and UX design to ensure excellent customer experienceWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
