Due to a large-scale programme of work across their projects and programmes office, they are key to recruit for an IT Business Analyst, paying a salary range of £45,000 to £52,000 with a hybrid working model out of their Central Birmingham offices.
As an experienced IT Business Analyst, you will help lead the development of new business systems and processes. In addition, you will ensure programmes and business improvement projects are delivered to SLA and budgets.
IT Business Analyst: Duties
- Work with stakeholders and group to understand requirements
- Define scope, product project documentation
- Work with business process owner (risk assessment and planning)
- Define business requirements into IT change requests
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure business needs are documented
- Define deliverables, resource requirements and project work plans
- Key lead on design of solutions for business
- Project manage changes and improvements
- Produce system documentation - users guides, training
- Lead IT Change Management process
IT Business Analyst: Experience
- IT Change Management - leading and delivering projects
- Tools and Techniques - JIRA, MIRA, Model Processes
- Continual improvement
- Work with Development and Project teams
- Work with team on UAT resource
- Prince 2 experience of certification
