This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer looking to step up in to a team lead position, or a Service Desk Team Lead looking for a fresh challenge! The Senior Support Engineer  You will oversee a small, dynamic team of skilled 1st Line Engineers, supporting over 1,500 users across the UK.   • Experience working within an ITIL framework
