We are looking for an IT Training Digital Content Creator based in Birmingham to join a leading International Law firm. This role is key to developing and delivering top class IT learning content for end-users across the firm.

The Role
As an IT Training Digital Content Creator, you will:
- Design and create high-quality online learning content
- Develop interactive eLearning modules with integrated assessments
- Work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure content aligns with needs
- Organize and manage the storage of online learning materials
- Keep content up-to-date and proactively suggest improvements
- Promote IT Training across the firm to boost engagement
The Candidate
The ideal IT Training Digital Content Creator will have:
- Proven experience in designing and producing instructional content
- Familiarity with current trends in online learning production
- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or Captivate
- Strong IT skills and excellent command of the English language
- Experience in a legal or IT Training setting is advantageous
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
