Shorterm Group is currently working with a leading UK Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) provider, who is experiencing rapid growth and who are looking for an experienced Document controller to join them on their exciting journey. As they continue to expand, they're looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to play a pivotal role at their Birmingham Hangar. We are currently seeking an experienced administrator with data management experience to join our Planning Team on a full time, contract basis. This is a highly varied and fast-paced role that requires a meticulous and organised individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties, including setting up files, entering data into computerised systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Skills, Behaviours, and Competencies:

Demonstrated experience in document control is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Highly organised, with a disciplined approach to work.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong customer relationship skills, with a focus on delivering excellent service.
A team player who supports others in achieving both individual and company goals.
Commitment to upholding company values and promoting a positive working environment.
A good understanding of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance is preferred, though not essential.
