Spinks is seeking an experienced Applications Manager for a leading UK company as it continues to grow.
The role involves managing a small team of 5 and overseeing a large application estate in a Microsoft environment.
The Applications Manager will support the team's technical and professional growth while ensuring operational excellence.
The position offers a salary between £55,000 and £65,000 per year and requires at least a few years of relevant experience.
This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, with an ASAP start date and a 3-stage interview process.

Spinks are partnered with a leading UK company who are looking for an experienced Applications Manager to join them in their continued growth.

As the Applications Manager, you will inherit a small team of 5 and will be expected to support them across the day-to-day activities that come with managing a large app estate of an established business in a Microsoft environment.
You will support the teams growth, both technically and professionally, and maintain a keen eye on operational excellence.
Currently, the team is responsible for a mixture of BAU/Support along with some exciting new projects that allow for learning with new tools / technologies.
You will be directly involved in the teams growth and will be responsible for recruitment as the team continues to scale.
