The Company:

Jouining a large bank who are a trusted partner to UK businesses and institutions to create growth, jobs and opportunity. They are building a new team within their Operations Department and are looking for someone to come in and build out their reporting and provide insightful recommendations.

The Role:

As a Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Building and implementing a data strategy to improve the performance of Operations

- Act as the go to data person for the department

- Shaping the reporting function and bring in innovative ideas such a tools

- Manage a small team and build it out in the future

- Communicate with senior stakeholders within the wider business

Skills/Requirements:

- Visualisation tool experience

- SQL experience ideal

- Strong Insight and Recommendation experience
