Danny Sullivan Group are searching for a Project Manager to cover the HS2 project based in the Midlands on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate for this role would have extensive experience working in a similar role previously and work on successfully delivering projects on a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee one or multiple project teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion of contracts while adhering to company policies and current health and safety regulations.
- Assist the project surveyor in managing and controlling contract costs and variations, providing regular cost projections and status reports to the Project Director/Contracts Manager.
- Foster strong client relationships.
- Evaluate and manage subcontractors' work quality and their ability to meet project scope and timelines.
- Implement risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure design deliverables and deadlines are met.
Maintain excellent relationships with management, subcontractors, and clients.
Coordinate and schedule project tasks efficiently.
- 3rd Level Construction Qualification.
- Proven experience with minimum 2 years in a PM role
- Experience dealing with a recognised main contractor.
- Strong commitment & ownership for all Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems throughout the project.
- Proven record of delivering large scale Industrial/Civils projects (ideally experience of RC works, earthworks & underground services).
Salaries are negotiable and additional benefits will depend on the work status of candidates.
