Our client is a well respected name within the chemical manufacturing industry with a deep history of producing quality products across a range of markets. The business has a high performing workforce which they are looking to add to over the coming months.
The business is currently seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to take complete ownership for the quality department. The role will have a particular focus on QC operations and will be based out of the organisation's production plant in the West Midlands.
The business has a commitment to excellence which has allowed them to produce high-quality chemical products that meet the demands of a varied customer base time after time.
The successful candidate will ideally be degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline and will have a strong understanding of analytical and synthetic chemistry techniques and the associated equipment. The successful candidate will have at least three years of leadership experience coupled with at least 3 years of experience operating in a similar quality focussed position.
