Senior Test Manager

Senior Test Manager – Hybrid – Birmingham – 6-Month Contract – Outside IR35

VIQU have partnered with a leading IT service provider who are seeking a Senior Test Manager to assist on a transformational project, which involves the implementation of Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow, and integrating utilising Dell Boomi.

The successful Senior Test Manager will have experience working on large-scale Finance Transformation projects, leading the testing processes for complex integrations and managing various workstreams.

This role will focus more specifically on Salesforce & NetSuite – candidates will need to have the hands-on, technical background to understand the finer details and lead the testing phase every step of the way.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and oversee the Test Approach and Test Plan across the programme
• Oversee the end-to-end SIT and UAT testing processes
• Responsibility for non-functional testing strategy
• Utilising Jira for documenting and managing testing
• Governance and QA gating
• Oversight of testing environments from setup, throughout the project
• Oversee testing teams, including internal staff and 3rd parties
• Work with cross-functional business teams and key stakeholders

Key skills and experience:

• Extensive background as a Senior Test Manager on large scale transformation projects involving complex integrations, and managing multiple workstreams
• Experience managing the testing of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), and NetSuite
• Experience working with System Integrators – Dell Boomi would be preferable  
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Junit, LoadRunner
• Technical and hands-on knowledge of both functional and non-functional testing
• Experience working in fast-moving environments, ideally having a consultancy background
• Excellent communication stills

• Rate: £700 - £775 per day  
• Location: Hybrid – ad hoc travel to Birmingham
