About the Role:
You'll provide remote technical support to the company's external clients while being involved in a variety of hands-on projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving and escalating support tickets.
- Contributing to major projects such as upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
- Conducting technical research to develop tailored client solutions.
- Logging and updating IT support issues.
- Participating in technical training and professional development.
