What You'll Be Doing- Managing and troubleshooting hardware and software across the school's systems.
- Supporting teachers, students, and staff with their IT needs, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitoring and maintaining the school's network and devices.
- Assisting in the deployment of new technology initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.
- Experience in IT support, ideally in an education setting.
- Knowledge of Windows-based systems, networks, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent) are a bonus!
