• A typical day may involve:-
- Monitoring the flow of day to day operations for the panel, preppers and outliners
- Allocating and prioritising work to meet deadlines
- Managing workloads for the team ensuring KPI’s are met
- Scheduling and completing team related paperwork
- Assisting with managing team performance and provide coaching when required
- Preparing vehicles ready to be re-sprayed
- Repairing damaged bodywork, dents or corroded area
- Stripping and fitting trim and panel interior
- Masking repairs
- Refurbing alloys
- Ensure all team members perform quality control checks on completion of work to ensure no defects
We are interested in hearing from you if:
- You have the relevant qualification i.e. ATA, NVQ, BTEC, City & Guilds and/or a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
- You have proven experience in leading a team
- You have a solid understanding of vehicle safety procedures
- You have a solid understanding of vehicle refurbishment/body repair processes
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are able to demonstrate the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- You are highly motivated and able to inspire and motivate others
