Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for aProduction Team Leaderfor our client in the Walsall area.
Our client produce steel sections for the construction industry, due to new orders they are expanding.
Duties of the Team Leader:
- Ability to train personnel
- In depth Knowledge of cold rolling process
- Ability to delegate and plan effectively
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
- Ensure all personnel adhere to health and safety rules regulations and company polices
- Report any Health and Safety issues
- Assist in planning production on a daily basis
- Ensure 1st off and 2hourly quality checks are performed
The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Team Leader in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of the cold rolling process.
FLT Counterbalance licence is essential
Hours - NIGHTS: 10:00PM-6:00AM.
