Based in Birmingham, this opportunity is ideal for a self-organised and confident individual, who is comfortable liaising with high profile clients to resolve queries, ensure smooth billing processes and provide advice. You will also gain exposure to working with other teams within the finance department, make key contributions to finance reports and fulfil ad hoc duties.
What you will need:
- Previous experience as a Billing Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure a strong line of communication with clients.
- Able to self-organise and prioritise workload to excel at working autonomously, as well as work collaboratively to meet the team's KPIs and deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills, comfortable using Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
