What the job will be doingUnderstand conditions of the housing associations homes and the asset management data is accurate Asset management system expert and leading on production of property options appraisalsResponsible for delivering projects on major works programme and cyclical and planned maintenance works Manage consultations of residents and staff to ensure our works programs consider their view and meet their needs.
What you will needExperience in managing and delivering capital projects Qualifications in constructions, surveying or another relevant field
