They foster an inclusive and diverse workplace, ensuring equal opportunities for all.The RoleWe are seeking an Inward Investment Operations Manager to support the delivery of key investment initiatives and ensure value is effectively recorded for local authority stakeholders. You will play a key role in coordinating projects, improving operational efficiency, and engaging with internal teams and external partners to maximise the impact of inward investment efforts.Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor CRM data to identify opportunities and track project impact.
  • Produce reports showcasing the value delivered to local authority stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and contract management for external partners.
  • Ensure investment sites, assets, and strengths are included in campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify and lead improvements in operational processes.
  • Coordinate engagement between internal teams and local authorities.
  • Support the planning and execution of major investor events.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
Desirable:
  • Experience working with both public and private sector stakeholders.
  • A desire to develop expertise in inward investment.
