Role Overview
The function of the role is to assist in the property data management, processing & control of finances of client monies held (on behalf of Investors) in order to manage a property portfolio. The Finance Assistants role is to work within the Finance function carrying out tasks for the team. Â
Key Responsibilities
 • Account Reconciliations: Reviewing arrears and tenant account reconciliations. • Suspense Account: Reviewing the suspense account to identify any payments. • Unallocated Cash/Unidentified Cash: Management of unapplied cash, cash allocations. • Contact Details: Ensure contacts are up to date on the client’s systems i.e. Tenant name/Telephone numbers/Email Addresses• Arrears Reports: Assisting the existing Credit Controllers with the creation of monthly reporting, using Microsoft Excel• Banking – Resolving banking queries in a timely manner. • Payment Plans – Monitoring tenants payment plans. • Queries Resolution: Follow appropriate channels of escalation. • Supporting any departmental administration requirements.

Team Overview
The Team consists of over 8 members split between Accounts Receivable and Cash Allocations, responsible for the day-to-day processing of finance transactions.
