Paint SprayerMonday to FridaySouth BirminghamWe are currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer with a strong work ethic to join one of our clients in the Rubery area.This role is for a temporary to permanent position. The Paint Sprayer will need to have experience in a similar role and confident in Mixing Paints, Masking parts, Maintaining PPE, Painting using Sprayers and Brushes.Responsibilities:- Mixing Paints- Preparing Materials for Spraying- Fill cavities and dents with putty to attain a smooth surface- Painting a surface using a sprayer or a brush- Keep area clean and tidy- Mask and Protect parts not to be painted or coated- Select and Mix Coating Liquids to produce the desired colour- Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags or unpainted areas- Maintain and wear all PPE including respirators- Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials.Requirements:- At least 2 years Experience in a similar paint spraying role- Quality focus, ensuring the best standard of finished product- High Level of attention to detail- Good work ethic and pride in workBenefits:- Death in service- Profit Share- PensionThe hours for this role will be Monday to Thursday (Apply online only) and Fridays will be (Apply online only).
