e seek a Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing team for the company based in Droitwich.
Job Title: Paint sprayer
Hours: 07:30-16:30 Monday till Thursday and 08:00-13:00 Friday (39hrs in total)
Overtime: Mon – Saturday x1.5, Sunday is x2
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £13.18 to £14.60 (Salary £26,733 - £29,604)
Duration: Permanent
Day to day duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Apply paint using spray guns or other equipment to various surfaces including metal and other materials.
- Ensure even coverage and a smooth finish by adjusting spray guns and equipment settings.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, making necessary touch-ups or corrections.
- Maintain and clean spray guns, booths, and other equipment regularly.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including paint types and quantities used.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to company standards and specifications for paint application.
