Job Title: Land Manager

The Company:
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded housebuilder on the hire of Land Manager for their team in the West Midlands.
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include;
- Site Acquisition
- Planning Support
- Land/Property Disposal
- Site Searches - Strategic Land
- Networking & Market Awareness
- General (maintaining databases etc)
About You;
- A degree OR relevant experience in discipline related to UK Land, Real Estate or Town Planning.
- A past history of securing land for a residential developer.
- Experience of supporting successful planning permissions.
- Good knowledge of key contacts in the region (land owners, agents, promoters and local authorities).
- Full UK driving licence.
