Excellent opportunity for a Land Rights Manager (Utilities) with experience of securing land rights in the utility sector. This is a senior level role where you will be working on a multi-billion-pound infrastructure project.

Do you have strong negotiation skills with the experience to secure land rights for utility companies on both non contestable and contestable assets.

This organisation is at the heart of the British transport network and are considered as a huge part within the UK's expansion plans. As the company continue to grow, they are looking to bring in a Land Rights Manager (Utilities) to cope with demand.

  • Securing land rights, ideally within utility sector
