What you need to be able to do: You will need to have the ability to work with minimal to no supervision as well as being either experienced or able to aid and guide more junior team members. Prior experience working on more focused Corporate matters such as Private Equity and Group Reorganisation matters is essential, with further Mergers and Acquisition being a further bonus.
