Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor into their Birmingham office.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Litigation Solicitor role based in the heart of Birmingham's City Centre. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor your caseload may consist of Commercial, Construction, Contract and Property disputes.
Other day to day duties may include taking enquiries and advising clients, reviewing cases and applying strong case strategies take part in pleadings, hearings, disclosures and witness statement preparation.
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 1-5 years PQE, has excellent client care and communication skills, is driven and are looking to establish themselves for a long-term career.
