What you'll do:
- Provide expert legal advice to companies, management teams, investors and debt providers
- Handle transactions independently as well as part of a local or national team on larger or more complex deals
- Mentor and develop junior associates
- Participate in client and business development activities
- Work closely with partners who are widely regarded as leaders in their field
- Contribute to the firm's strategic focus and sustained growth
What you bring:
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a Corporate Solicitor
- Proven track record in handling complex corporate matters
- Strong mentoring skills with experience in developing junior associates
- Excellent client management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
