Our client, a leading full-service UK law frm, is seeking an ambitious Employment Partner or Director to join their thriving Midlands teams in Birmingham or Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to make a signifcant impact on the future direction and success of the practice.
Position Overview
The Employment Partner/Director will play a key role in driving the growth and development of the employment team, leveraging their expertise and network to attract new clients and expand the frm's reach in the market.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on complex employment matters
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to the team's business development efforts
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm
Requirements
- Qualifed solicitor with signifcant employment law experience
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Strong client following and/or referral network
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to drive growth
