Our client, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. What you'll do:
- Provide employment tribunal litigation support
- Assist with corporate transactions
- Offer employment advisory support to clients
- Work across a diverse client portfolio in sectors including logistics, infrastructure, technology and retail
- Develop your network and range of skills within the wider national network of employment and immigration lawyers
- Play a key role in delivering a commercial and responsive service for clients
What you bring:
- Post-qualification experience (2-5 years)
- Experience of tribunal litigation and advisory work
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively within a team
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Commitment to delivering a commercial and responsive service for clients
