Description

The In-House Legal Counsel will:

  • Provide legal expertise on SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, and general legal matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate key SaaS agreements such as master service agreements (MSAs), NDAs, and government framework agreements.
  • Advise stakeholders on legal issues concerning SaaS products, security, intellectual property, and contract interpretation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and finance) to address legal challenges throughout the SaaS lifecycle.
  • Support litigation matters as required.

Profile

The In-House Legal Counsel should have:

  • 2+ years of in-house experience, focusing on complex software licensing and SaaS agreements.
  • Proficiency in negotiating data processing agreements.
  • Understanding of public procurement law and government framework contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a business-focused mindset.
  • Adaptable and quick to embrace change.
