Description
As Interim In-House Legal Counsel, you will:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts.
- Provide legal advice across various commercial matters and support internal stakeholders.
- Assist with light dispute resolution and litigation matters as required.
- Work closely with senior management and external advisors to drive key legal projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and offer pragmatic, business-driven solutions.
Profile
A successful Legal Counsel should have:
- 7+ years PQE as a Solicitor in the UK.
- Strong background in general commercial law and commercial contracts.
- Experience in handling litigation or dispute resolution would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively within a business environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
