Description

As Interim In-House Legal Counsel, you will:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts.
  • Provide legal advice across various commercial matters and support internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with light dispute resolution and litigation matters as required.
  • Work closely with senior management and external advisors to drive key legal projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and offer pragmatic, business-driven solutions.

Profile

A successful Legal Counsel should have:

  • 4+ years PQE as a Solicitor in the UK.
  • Strong background in general commercial law and commercial contracts.
  • Experience in handling litigation or dispute resolution would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively within a business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
