Description
As an Interim In-House Legal Counsel, you will:
- Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts and agreements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to negotiate, draft, and review key contracts.
- Assist with a range of litigation matters, ensuring effective risk management and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and provide practical, commercially sound legal solutions.
- Collaborate with external legal advisers when necessary and manage legal processes efficiently.
Profile
The Interim In-House Legal Counsel will be:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
- Strong background in commercial law, with experience handling contracts and ideally some exposure to litigation.
- Proven ability to work independently and in collaboration with various departments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous in-house experience is advantageous but not essential.
