Our client, a leading regional firm, are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years of claimant personal injury experience and will manage a mixed caseload of fast-track and multi-track personal injury matters on behalf of claimants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of fast-track and multi-track RTA, EL, PL, and clinical negligence claims from initial instruction to completion.
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients, effectively communicating complex legal matters both in writing and over the phone.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a client-focused approach at all times.
  • Contribute to the team’s business development activities, supporting marketing initiatives and cultivating relationships with key contacts.
  • Organise and manage your own workload, ensuring deadlines and financial targets are consistently met.
Key Requirements:
  • 3-5 years’ claimant PI experience, with exposure to fast-track and multi-track personal injury matters.
  • Proven experience in handling complex and high-value claims.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proven ability to manage mixed personal injury matters independently.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in written communication and legal documentation.
  • Proactive team player with exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts.
  • A strategic and enquiring mind, with the ability to understand and follow clear, concise instructions.
  • Experience in supporting business development efforts and marketing initiatives.
