Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a dynamic role in a well-regarded firm? We are seeking a talented individual as the team looks to expand. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse private client caseload while contributing to business development and mentoring junior staff.
About the Role:
In this position, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload, including wills, inheritance tax planning, estate and trust administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Provide expert legal advice on complex private client matters, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Engage in business development activities to support the growth of the department.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in private client law, with a strong background in managing a wide-ranging caseload.
- Proven expertise in estate planning, trusts, and tax-related matters.
- Strong communication and client care skills, with a focus on delivering tailored legal solutions.
- A proactive approach to business development and team management.
- A solid academic background, ideally with a 2:1 degree, though experience is the key factor.
