We have recently been instructed by our client, a Legal 500 Law firm in Birmingham, in relation to an opportunity for Property Litigation Solicitor to join their established Litigation team. This busy Property Litigation team undertake a broad mix of work including:

Lease renewal proceedings

  • Rent review
  • Lease breaks
  • Dilapidations
  • Service Charge
  • Forfeiture
  • Commercial possession actions
  • Landlord & Tenant Disputes
  • Day to day portfolio management issues

About the person

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 6 months' experience gained in a Property Litigation matters.

Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that the Property Litigation Solicitor must possess include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities.
