We are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor with over 4 years of post Qualification Experience (PQE) to join a prestigious law firm ranked in the top tier of the legal 500.

About You:
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- A proven track record of managing your own property litigation caseload including work on dilapidation's, trespass, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, breach of contract claims, professional negligence, boundary disputes and more.
- A strong enthusiasm for business growth and the creation of work opportunities, both inside and outside the firm dedicated to operational excellence through exceptional service delivery and enhanced client experience.
- Commercial insight and understanding
- The capability to adhere to strict deadlines, schedules, targets, and client protocols while upholding high standards of accuracy and quality
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a team
- An organised and methodical working style

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Maintain accurate case management records
- Meet established financial and chargeable KPI targets
- Engage in business development initiatives, including training and networking opportunities
- Support colleagues within the team as needed, including assisting lead advisers and supervising junior lawyers
- Train, mentor, and promote the growth of junior team members
