The role:
- Conveyancing Fee Earner in the Cotteridge office
- Lively office with a close-knit team ranging from Support Staff to Solicitors
- Management of your own caseload from inception to completion of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
- Generating fee income to acheive the set targets
- Competitive Salary based on experience

A successful applicant will have:
- 4+ years PQE
- Demonstrated success in managing Conveyancing client cases and generating fees
- Experience in managing client enquiries both in person and over the phone
