  • Drafting and Advising: Draft contracts, leases, and other legal documents for commercial and residential property transactions. Provide advice on property law, planning, and development.

  • Negotiation and Dispute Resolution: Lead negotiations and handle disputes related to property transactions, leases, and development projects.

  • Estate Administration: Manage the administration of estates, including probate applications and the distribution of assets.

  • Financial Management: Meet billing and performance targets, accurately record time, and ensure efficient billing.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Work as part of a team with other solicitors and support staff. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to business development activities.

  • Continuing Professional Development: Stay updated with relevant legislation and case law, maintain relevant accreditations, and engage in supervision and training.

  • Compliance: Adhere to professional standards and regulations, report any risks, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial and residential property.
