Adecco are delighted to have partnered with Trident Group to identify Insight and Innovation Manager to join their dynamic organisation dedicated to providing exceptional housing, care, and support services. Based in Erdington, Birmingham, the office is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from Chester Road train station, but also has a number of free parking spaces available on site.

What You'll Do:

As the Insight and Innovation Manager, you will lead the Insight and Innovation Team and play a pivotal role in delivering creative solutions to business challenges through data analytics and business analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analytics:
  • Spearhead the delivery of analytics that generate actionable insights across the organisation.
  • Maintain and develop the group's data management and analytics tools.
  • Foster data literacy and confidence across the organisation through our KIM Centre of Excellence.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to design and implement engaging training programmes.
  • Data and Information Management:
  • Monitor and improve data quality through effective leadership of the Business Improvement Team.
  • Enhance data-related processes to ensure accuracy and quality of statutory and regulatory data returns.
  • Change Management:
  • Lead the implementation of business change activities driven by the Business Improvement Team.
  • Provide assurance for proposed change initiatives, ensuring they are data-informed and widely supported.
  • Business Improvement:
  • Champion opportunities for improving services and processes within the organisation.
  • Manage the Business Improvement Team to ensure high-quality analysis, project management, and service improvement.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and monitor Key Performance Indicators to benchmark performance against peers within the sector.
