- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address quality concerns.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality supervising within a manufacturing environment.
- Some knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- £45k- £50k per annum
- Mon - Thu 7:30- 4:30pm
- Fri 7:30am- 12:30pm
