Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our vibrant primary school community in Northfield.

As a Learning Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting our pupils' emotional, social, and academic development, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Support childrens emotional wellbeing and behaviour management.
  • Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Assist in developing tailored learning strategies for individual students.

Requirements:

  • Must have a level 3 minimum in childcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting childrens development and wellbeing.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
