As a Mentor, you will support students facing barriers to learning, particularly in behaviour and attendance. Your role involves promoting high standards, effective mentoring, and positive behaviour management. You will work closely with school staff, implementing intervention strategies and behaviour plans.

Responsibilities include leading a behaviour facility, developing intervention strategies, creating behaviour plans & responding to incidents, and collaborating with staff to achieve positive outcomes You’ll work one-on-one with students to help them achieve their goals. Partnering with staff and external agencies, you’ll engage families and maintain accurate records for proactive intervention. You’ll also assist in managing internally suspended students and removing barriers to learning.
