Are you an experienced Behavioural Lead looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham?
Winner Education are working closely with a school just outside of the Birmingham city centre in assisting them with the recruitment of a dedicated Pastoral Manager. The role is full time and will be required to start immediately on a long-term basis, likely to be until the end of the academic year.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support children at KS3 and KS4 level with Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges (SEMH)
- Build strong professional relationships with the pupils to enhance their education
- Liaise with parents inside and outside of school
- Liaise with external agencies
- Maintain a strong relationship with the school’s SENCO

The Successful Pastoral Manager will:
- Need to be highly organised
- Have a clear understanding of pastoral issues and needs
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate resilience and positive mind-set
- Be able to form positive relationships with all staff and parents
