An international law firm based in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a full time Document Production Specialist to provide a seamless and timely service within a busy and varied environment. The firm promotes constant improvement, innovation and progression. This is a great opportunity for an individual seeking their next challenge within a legal environment. The hours of work are 4pm until midnight, Monday to Friday. You must be able to access their offices in Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds on an adhoc basis.

The role will primarily involve advising on document layouts, reformatting, maintaining the style and professionalism of the firm and focussing on client satisfaction. Working within a highly specialised team, you must take an active interest in the workload, ensure you’re flexible in your approach and that deadlines are consistently met.

Duties will vary from amending correspondence, reports and deeds; proof reading and quality checking; using the systems to prioritise work; sharing expertise across the team and making suggestions for improvement. Experience within a Legal Document Production Centre is essential for this role.

Ideally, you’ll have some document production experience and excellent typing speeds.
