Job Title: Legal Secretary - Corporate Litigation
Salary: 23,000 to 26,000
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Legal Secretary. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join a thriving National Law Firm. To be considered you must have previous experience working in a similar environment.
This is a hybrid role !
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to provide professional support.
- Plan and organise meetings, appointments as well as general diary management.
- Ensuring all correspondence and work provided by the legal team is done to the highest standard.
- Managing diaries
- Setting up meetings via Teams/Zoom
- Digital dictation
- Preparation of Court forms and Court documents
- Producing bundles
- Digital dictation
- Financial administration
- Ad hoc Legal Secretarial duties.
Candidate Criteria:
- Previous experience as a secretary in a legal environment is desirable.
- A good attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately is key.
- The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
- A positive, motivated attitude.
